  • We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered.
  • All sarees purchased from Mahelika are non-returnable.

2. No Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds for any orders once they are successfully placed and delivered.
  • Please ensure that you review product details, descriptions, and images carefully before placing your order.

3. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Product)

We only offer support in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product, or
  • You receive a wrong item

In such cases:

  • You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear unboxing video and images as proof
  • After verification, we may offer a replacement (if available)

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled

5. Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences; these are not considered defects
  • Products must be handled carefully to avoid damage after delivery
